4.1 Purchases: When you make a purchase through our Services, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees. All transactions are subject to our payment processing terms.
4.2 Payment on Delivery: For certain transactions, you may choose to pay on delivery. You are responsible for having the necessary funds available at the time of delivery.
5.1 Delivery Options: You may select from various delivery options, including self-fulfillment by the seller or delivery by Wulo’s delivery agents. Wulo is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery agents.
5.2 Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and must ensure that the product depictions and descriptions on the App are accurate and match the items being delivered. Any deceptive practices by sellers, including discrepancies between the product depiction and the actual product, will result in order cancellation. In such cases, the seller will bear the potential loss and any associated costs.
6.1 Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration. You agree to submit any disputes to arbitration rather than to court.
6.2 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative action.
